VEBOSSO Is a Venue Discovery Platform
VEBOSSO is a technology-enabled platform that helps users discover hotels, resorts, banquet halls and other venues across Delhi NCR.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, VEBOSSO does not own, manage, operate or control the venues displayed on the Platform.
Accommodation, venue, banquet, catering, hospitality and other venue-level services are supplied by the relevant venue.
Third-Party Venue Operations
Venues remain responsible for their own:
- operations;
- employees;
- management;
- accommodation;
- housekeeping;
- food and beverage services;
- banquet services;
- event execution;
- maintenance;
- security;
- safety systems;
- permits and licences;
- statutory compliance;
- property condition; and
- internal policies.
VEBOSSO does not assume operational responsibility for a venue merely because it is displayed on the Platform.
Venue Information
VEBOSSO may display:
- photographs;
- descriptions;
- room details;
- amenities;
- venue capacities;
- location information;
- videos;
- virtual tours;
- ratings or reviews; and
- other venue information.
Such information may originate from venues, third-party providers, publicly available sources or other authorised sources.
VEBOSSO may take reasonable steps to maintain accuracy but cannot guarantee that every piece of venue information will remain current at all times. Venue details, including capacities, rooms and indicative budgets, should be confirmed directly with the venue.
Virtual Tour and 360-Degree Disclaimer
Virtual tours, 360-degree imagery and videos are intended as visual aids. They should not be treated as an absolute representation of a venue’s current physical condition.
Differences may arise due to:
- renovation or refurbishment;
- construction;
- furniture changes;
- lighting;
- photography;
- seasonal décor;
- room configuration;
- landscaping;
- wear and tear;
- changes in amenities; or
- other circumstances.
The physical venue shall prevail where there is a discrepancy. Users are encouraged to visit a venue in person where the nature of the event makes such inspection appropriate.
Availability
Venue availability can change rapidly. The Platform does not display live availability, and the appearance of a venue on the Platform does not mean it is available on any particular date.
Venue Service Disclaimer
VEBOSSO is not responsible for an individual venue’s:
- service quality;
- staff conduct;
- food quality;
- room condition;
- cleanliness;
- maintenance;
- security;
- delays;
- overbooking;
- service interruptions;
- refusal of service;
- cancellations; or
- acts or omissions.
Force Majeure
VEBOSSO shall not be liable for failure, delay or interruption caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic or epidemic, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, infrastructure failure, internet or telecommunications failure, utility failure, venue closure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
No Guarantee of Event Outcome
VEBOSSO helps users discover venues. It does not guarantee that an event at any venue will achieve a particular:
- attendance level;
- guest satisfaction;
- social-media outcome;
- aesthetic outcome; or
- event experience.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. VEBOSSO does not control or guarantee the content, availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party websites.
User-Generated Content
Reviews, ratings, comments and other user-generated material represent the views of the relevant contributors. VEBOSSO does not necessarily endorse or independently verify every user-generated statement.
Technical Availability
VEBOSSO aims to maintain reliable Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may temporarily be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- technical faults;
- cybersecurity incidents;
- telecommunications failures;
- hosting issues;
- third-party service failures; or
- other circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEBOSSO shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of venues.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to remove, restrict or waive any mandatory statutory rights available to a consumer under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where applicable.
