Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the VEBOSSO website and its digital interfaces (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using VEBOSSO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About VEBOSSO
VEBOSSO is a technology-enabled venue discovery platform that helps users explore hotels, resorts, banquet halls and other venues across Delhi NCR through an interactive map, photographs, venue details and virtual tours.
VEBOSSO does not ordinarily own, operate, manage or control the venues displayed on the Platform.
Accommodation, venue, food, hospitality, event, banquet and other venue-level services are provided by the relevant venue.
Definitions
For these Terms:
- “User” / “you” means any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- “VEBOSSO” / “we” / “us” / “our” means VEBOSSO Private Ltd, operating under the VEBOSSO brand.
- “Listed Venue” means a hotel, resort, banquet hall or other venue displayed on the Platform.
- “Content” means the maps, text, photographs, videos, virtual tours, venue details and other material available on the Platform.
Using the Platform
When using the Platform, you must:
- be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian;
- provide accurate information wherever you choose to share it;
- comply with applicable law; and
- not use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
VEBOSSO may decline or disregard an enquiry where the proposed use is unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
Enquiries
The Platform may ask for details such as your name, contact number, preferred city, event date, expected number of guests, rooms and budget range so that we can understand the kind of venue you are looking for.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation, confirmation or any other arrangement with VEBOSSO or with any Listed Venue.
Venue availability is not guaranteed and is subject to confirmation by the relevant venue.
Virtual Tours and 360-Degree Viewing
VEBOSSO may provide 360-degree, virtual-reality, video or other digital venue tours.
These tours are provided to help users explore and evaluate venues. They are not a substitute for physical inspection where physical inspection is reasonably necessary.
Digital content may differ from a venue’s current condition because of:
- renovations or refurbishment;
- furniture changes;
- lighting;
- seasonal decoration;
- photography conditions or camera limitations;
- changes in room configuration;
- changes in landscaping;
- changes in facilities;
- maintenance or construction; or
- other circumstances occurring after the content was produced.
The venue’s actual condition and specifications shall prevail over any digital representation where there is a discrepancy.
Venue Information
Venue names, descriptions, photographs, videos, room information, capacities and other venue-level content may be supplied by the venues themselves, publicly available sources or other authorised sources.
VEBOSSO may rely on information supplied by such parties. While VEBOSSO may take reasonable steps to maintain accuracy, it does not guarantee that every venue detail will remain continuously current.
Dealings with Venues
Any arrangement you make directly with a venue is between you and that venue and is governed by that venue’s own terms, policies, charges and rules. VEBOSSO is not a party to such arrangements.
VEBOSSO does not own or operate Listed Venues and does not control their management, staffing, services, facilities, policies or operations.
User Responsibilities
Users must not:
- provide false information;
- impersonate another person;
- attempt to bypass or interfere with the Platform’s systems;
- use automated scraping without permission;
- upload malicious code;
- infringe intellectual property;
- harass VEBOSSO personnel or venue personnel;
- record or reproduce proprietary virtual-tour content without permission; or
- use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All VEBOSSO trademarks, branding, website design, text, graphics, software, databases, videos, virtual-tour materials, photographs, interfaces and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to VEBOSSO unless otherwise indicated.
No user receives ownership rights merely by accessing the Platform. Unauthorised reproduction, commercial use, scraping, distribution or modification is prohibited.
Reviews and Feedback
Where VEBOSSO permits reviews, feedback or testimonials, users must ensure that submissions are truthful and do not contain:
- defamatory content;
- unlawful material;
- confidential information;
- personal information of third parties without appropriate authority;
- discriminatory content;
- malicious code; or
- intellectual property belonging to others.
VEBOSSO may moderate, remove or decline to publish content that violates applicable law or these Terms.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the VEBOSSO Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
Except where expressly stated or required by applicable law, VEBOSSO does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted Platform availability;
- continuous accuracy of venue information;
- that a particular venue will be available on a particular date;
- that a venue will not modify its services or facilities; or
- that virtual-tour content will perfectly reflect the current physical venue.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEBOSSO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, from matters outside VEBOSSO’s reasonable control, or from the acts or omissions of any venue.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEBOSSO, its officers, employees and agents against claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:
- breach of these Terms;
- unlawful use of the Platform;
- fraudulent activity;
- misuse of third-party information;
- infringement of third-party rights; or
- inaccurate information supplied by you.
Force Majeure
VEBOSSO shall not be responsible for delay, interruption or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions or orders, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, strikes, infrastructure failure, internet or telecommunications failure, utility failure or other events beyond reasonable control.
Suspension or Termination
VEBOSSO may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that:
- these Terms have been breached;
- fraudulent activity has occurred;
- unlawful conduct is involved;
- the Platform is being abused; or
- continued access creates a security, legal or operational risk.

VEBOSSO shall endeavour to address grievances in accordance with applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction available to a consumer under applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction at New Delhi.
Nothing in this clause is intended to unlawfully restrict any statutory consumer remedy or jurisdiction available under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent legally permissible.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the complete terms governing your use of the Platform.
Changes to these Terms
VEBOSSO may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms shall be published on the Platform with the applicable “Last updated” date.
